What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please click on the order link in your order confirmation email, or alternatively visit your account page to view a list of your orders. There, you will find a link or button allowing you to edit your order. 

If you are unable to make changes to your order this way, please reach out to support through the helpdesk and if it's still possible to make changes to your order, we will do so. Otherwise, once you've received your order you can begin the return/exchange process by visiting our returns page.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the U.S.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders placed before 12PM Eastern Time usually get processed and shipped out the same day. However, depending on the volume of orders being handled by our warehouse, it may take 24 to 48 hours to process it for shipping.

Standard shipping time for the contiguous United-States is 3-5 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, when available, may take several additional days to be delivered.

Where can I view your return/exchange policy?

Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to view our policy and begin the return or exchange process.

When are you expecting a restock?

Most products are restocked in Fall and Spring, depending on the type. You can expect the cold weather products you are interested in to be restocked the following Fall, and warm weather products the following Spring.

Sometimes, a small quantity of a product may be available before restocking season due to returns and other inventory movements.

Please be sure to sign-up for restocking alerts by visiting the page of the product you are interested in and clicking on the button that says "Notify me when available" and entering your email address. As soon as some inventory comes back in stock, we'll let you know.
