<h3 id="what-is-the-status-of-my-order">What is the status of my order?</h3><p>Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.</p><p>Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).</p><p>Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your &quot;order history&quot; section on your <a href="https://www.stanleyworkwear.com/account">account page</a> on the website.</p><h3 id="can-i-change-my-order">Can I change my order?</h3><p>We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.</p><p>Once your order is under the status &quot;preparing for shipping&quot;, &quot;shipping&quot; or &quot;delivered&quot;, we cannot accept any edits to your order.</p><p>To make changes to your order, please click on the order link in your order confirmation email, or alternatively visit your <a href="https://www.stanleyworkwear.com/account">account page</a> to view a list of your orders. There, you will find a link or button allowing you to edit your order.&#xA0;</p><p>If you are unable to make changes to your order this way, please reach out to support through the helpdesk and if it&apos;s still possible to make changes to your order, we will do so. Otherwise, once you&apos;ve received your order you can begin the return/exchange process by visiting our <a href="https://www.stanleyworkwear.com/a/returns">returns page</a><a href="https://www.stanleyworkwear.com/a/returns" id="isPasted"></a>.</p><h3 id="where-do-you-ship">Where do you ship?</h3><p>Currently we only ship within the U.S.</p><h3 id="how-long-does-it-take-to-ship-my-order">How long does it take to ship my order?</h3><p>Orders placed before 12PM Eastern Time usually get processed and shipped out the same day. However, depending on the volume of orders being handled by our warehouse, it may take 24 to 48 hours to process it for shipping.</p><p>Standard shipping time for the contiguous United-States is 3-5 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, when available, may take several additional days to be delivered.</p><h3 id="isPasted">Where can I view your return/exchange policy?</h3><p>Please visit our <a href="https://www.stanleyworkwear.com/pages/returns-exchanges">Returns &amp; Exchanges page</a> to view our policy and begin the return or exchange process.</p><h3 id="when-are-you-expecting-a-restock">When are you expecting a restock?</h3><p id="isPasted">Most products are restocked in Fall and Spring, depending on the type. You can expect the cold weather products you are interested in to be restocked the following Fall, and warm weather products the following Spring.</p><p>Sometimes, a small quantity of a product may be available before restocking season due to returns and other inventory movements.</p><p>Please be sure to sign-up for restocking alerts by visiting the page of the product you are interested in and clicking on the button that says &quot;<strong><u>Notify me when available</u></strong>&quot; and entering your email address. As soon as some inventory comes back in stock, we&apos;ll let you know.</p>

<h3 id="what-payment-methods-do-you-accept">What payment methods do you accept?</h3><p>You can purchase on our website using a credit card.</p><p>We additionally offer support for Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Installments, powered by Affirm.)</p><p>You can chose these payment methods at checkout.</p><h3 id="which-currency-will-i-be-charged-in">Which currency will I be charged in?</h3><p>We currently only support charging our customers in USD.</p><h3 id="isPasted">Is there a sales tax?</h3><p id="isPasted">Applicable local sales tax may be charged on all orders shipped to New York and Illinois.</p>

<h3 id="isPasted">Where do you ship?</h3><p>Currently we only ship within the contiguous US. This <strong><u><em>includes</em></u></strong> the mainland 48 states + Washington DC but <em><strong><u>excludes</u></strong></em> Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.</p><p>Please note that due to carrier restrictions we may be unable to ship to Post Office boxes. Often, an order placed before 10AM CST/CDT (in Kewanee, Illinois) on a weekday will ship out the same day, but major holidays may affect this.&#xA0;</p><p>Standard shipping time for the contiguous United-States sent via UPS Ground or SurePost is usually 3-5 business days.&#xA0;</p><h3 id="how-can-i-track-my-package">How can I track my package?</h3><p id="isPasted">Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.</p><p>Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).</p><p>Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your &quot;order history&quot; section on your <a href="https://www.stanleyworkwear.com/account">account page</a> on the website. You can also use the self-service chat at the bottom of the screen when viewing our website to request order status.</p><h3 id="isPasted">How can I change the shipping address?</h3><p>If your order hasn&apos;t been shipped yet, it might be possible for you to change the address yourself. Please visit the order confirmation page (a link for which can be found in your order confirmation email) and click on the &quot;Edit&quot; button.</p><p>If the &quot;Edit&quot; button has been grayed out and you have not received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, your order is already in the process of being fulfilled but there&apos;s a small chance the address can still be changed- please contact us as soon as possible and we will see if it&apos;s still possible to make a change.</p><p>If you have already received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, the shipping address can no longer be changed and there is nothing else we can do. You must deal with the shipping carrier directly in order to make changes to the delivery.&#xA0;</p><p>For shipments via UPS, please visit their <a href="https://www.ups.com/us/en/track/change-delivery.page">Change a Delivery</a> page to attempt changes (UPS may charge you an additional fee to make changes), and a similar option might be available on the UPS tracking page itself.</p><h3 id="what-if-im-not-home">What if I&apos;m not home?</h3><p>If you&apos;re not home, a new delivery might be performed the next day or the shipping carrier may reach out to you to schedule a new delivery date depending on the delivery method you choose. You may also contact your local UPS for further help.</p><h3 id="isPasted">What if there&apos;s a delay or issue on the tracking page?</h3><p>Please follow the instructions on the UPS tracking page to fix any issues with your delivery. UPS may require you to sign-up for an account in order to make changes.</p>

<h3 id="do-you-accept-returns">Do you accept returns?</h3><p><strong><u>Yes</u></strong>, we will accept returns requested within 30 days of your purchase date and returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be <u>unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the tags still on</u>. Please note that depending on the option you choose when requesting your return, we may deduct a return shipping fee from your refund upon receiving. Please allow up to 7 business days from the refund confirmation for credits to appear on your original method of payment. Returns to gift card / store credit are available as soon as your return has been processed.</p><p>Original shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless waived due to merchant or carrier issue (such as a damaged/incorrect item/package).</p><p><u>Please inspect items upon delivery</u>. If the items you received are damaged or defective, you must inform us within the next 7 business days with photos to allow us to promptly help resolve any issues. Tags and labels must not be removed. During an exchange, first, you will need to send in your original items. Once we have received and processed the returned items, instead of issuing you a refund, we will place a free order containing the replacement items you chose while making the exchange request. In the event that the items you chose go out of stock, we will issue you a refund on the original order. If there have been unusual delays on our end in shipping out your original order, or if there have been unusual delays with the carrier (such as UPS), we may allow free returns or exchanges outside the normal window.&#xA0;</p><p>Please attempt to make a request in our portal, and if the portal doesn&apos;t allow you to make a request but you believe your return qualifies for an exception, please contact us and we may manually waive the requirement.</p><p>Returns after 30 days may be available with additional fees.</p><h3 id="are-returns-free">Are returns free?</h3><p><strong><u>Yes</u></strong>, returns within 30 days (requested within 30 days from purchase date and returned within 30 days of delivery) in the contiguous US are currently free but this is subject to change at any time. The latest return fee will always be available in the return portal when making a request. If the fee has changed since you originally placed your order and you are still within the return window, we will honor the original fee. Refunds to store credit / gift card will be available immediately upon issuance.</p><p>Exchange replacement orders are usually placed as soon as the returned items are processed. If your requested items are no longer available, you will be issued a refund on the original payment method instead.</p><p>If your return or exchange has taken longer than the above estimates and you haven&apos;t received an update from us yet, please contact us and we will investigate.</p>

<h3 id="what-happens-if-i-buy-an-item-and-then-it-goes-on-sale">What happens if I buy an item and then it goes on sale?</h3><p>We may issue a price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase. Contact us to make a request.</p><p>Please note that the adjusted price cannot go below the current best available price (after combining sale prices and any discount codes, bundles, offers, etc.). If combining the current sale price with an offer you already redeemed lowers the price to below the final price available currently (and the offer you redeemed is no longer available), no price adjustment will be made.</p><p>For example, if you purchased a $100 item and used a 10% off limited time discount code, and the current sale price of that item is $90 but the discount code is no longer available, no price adjustments will be made as the original $90 price is the best currently available price. However, if that discount code is still valid and the current price has lowered to $90, then you may receive an additional 10% off for a final price of $81, since this is the price you would be able to pay if you had placed your original order now instead of then.</p><h3 id="isPasted">What if I need help with a Stanley Workwear item purchased at a different retailer?</h3><p>We can only help you with orders placed on the Stanley Workwear website.
