What happens if I buy an item and then it goes on sale?

We may issue a price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase. Contact us to make a request.

Please note that the adjusted price cannot go below the current best available price (after combining sale prices and any discount codes, bundles, offers, etc.). If combining the current sale price with an offer you already redeemed lowers the price to below the final price available currently (and the offer you redeemed is no longer available), no price adjustment will be made.

For example, if you purchased a $100 item and used a 10% off limited time discount code, and the current sale price of that item is $90 but the discount code is no longer available, no price adjustments will be made as the original $90 price is the best currently available price. However, if that discount code is still valid and the current price has lowered to $90, then you may receive an additional 10% off for a final price of $81, since this is the price you would be able to pay if you had placed your original order now instead of then.
