Returns & ExchangesUpdated 7 months ago

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we will accept returns requested within 30 days of your purchase date and returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the tags still on. Please note that depending on the option you choose when requesting your return, we may deduct a return shipping fee from your refund upon receiving. Please allow up to 7 business days from the refund confirmation for credits to appear on your original method of payment. Returns to gift card / store credit are available as soon as your return has been processed.

Original shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless waived due to merchant or carrier issue (such as a damaged/incorrect item/package).

Please inspect items upon delivery. If the items you received are damaged or defective, you must inform us within the next 7 business days with photos to allow us to promptly help resolve any issues. Tags and labels must not be removed. Returns of damaged or defective items without reaching out to our support team or without including proper details and photographs in the return request may be rejected without refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we will accept exchange requests with price matching for the same item in different colors/sizes. During an exchange, first, you will need to send in your original items. Once we have received and processed the returned items, instead of issuing you a refund, we will place a free order containing the replacement items you chose while making the exchange request. In the event that the items you chose go out of stock, we will issue you a refund on the original order. To help avoid an out-of-stock, please request and ship out your exchange as soon as you think you need one.

How long do I have to make a return or exchange request?

You have 30 days from the purchase date to make a request and 30 days from the delivery date for your return to make it back to our warehouse. If there have been unusual delays on our end in shipping out your original order, or if there have been unusual delays with the carrier (such as UPS), we may allow free returns or exchanges outside the normal window.

Please attempt to make a request in our portal, and if the portal doesn't allow you to make a request but you believe your return qualifies for an exception, please contact us and we may manually waive the requirement.

Returns after 30 days may be available with additional fees.

Are returns free?

Yes, returns within 30 days (requested within 30 days from purchase date and returned within 30 days of delivery) in the contiguous US are currently free but this is subject to change at any time. The latest return fee will always be available in the return portal when making a request. If the fee has changed since you originally placed your order and you are still within the return window, we will honor the original fee. Please contact us for a waiver.

If you missed the original return-by date, we may still accept eligible returns with the following fee schedule:

Return Window
Return Label Fee
Restocking Fee Per Item
First 30 days
31-45 days
46-60 days
61-90 days

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns may take around 10-15 business days after receiving the package at our warehouse to be processed.

Once your return is accepted and processed, the refund may take up to 7 business days to be processed and posted by the financial institutions involved. Refunds to store credit / gift card will be available immediately upon issuance.

Exchange replacement orders are usually placed as soon as the returned items are processed. If your requested items are no longer available, you will be issued a refund on the original payment method instead.

If your return or exchange has taken longer than the above estimates and you haven't received an update from us yet, please contact us and we will investigate.
