Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the contiguous US. This includes the mainland 48 states + Washington DC but excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

Please note that due to carrier restrictions we may be unable to ship to Post Office boxes. To avoid cancellations or delays, please do not provide a PO Box address during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $45+ to the contiguous US (mainland 48 states + Washington DC).

Orders less than $45 will be charged $4.99 for shipping.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process it and get it ready for shipping. Often, an order placed before 10AM CST/CDT (in Kewanee, Illinois) on a weekday will ship out the same day, but major holidays may affect this. 

Standard shipping time for the contiguous United-States sent via UPS Ground or SurePost is usually 3-5 business days. 

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. You can also use the self-service chat at the bottom of the screen when viewing our website to request order status.

How can I change the shipping address?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, it might be possible for you to change the address yourself. Please visit the order confirmation page (a link for which can be found in your order confirmation email) and click on the "Edit" button.

If the "Edit" button has been grayed out and you have not received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, your order is already in the process of being fulfilled but there's a small chance the address can still be changed- please contact us as soon as possible and we will see if it's still possible to make a change.

If you have already received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, the shipping address can no longer be changed and there is nothing else we can do. You must deal with the shipping carrier directly in order to make changes to the delivery. 

For shipments via UPS, please visit their Change a Delivery page to attempt changes (UPS may charge you an additional fee to make changes), and a similar option might be available on the UPS tracking page itself.

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery might be performed the next day or the shipping carrier may reach out to you to schedule a new delivery date depending on the delivery method you choose. You may also contact your local UPS for further help.

What if there's a delay or issue on the tracking page?

Please follow the instructions on the UPS tracking page to fix any issues with your delivery. UPS may require you to sign-up for an account in order to make changes.
